Entourage in OS X 10.2.8

I have a user with a G4 PowerMac Notebook that claims he
is seeing lines randomly between messages (I haven't seen
it yet), just trying to be armed and prepared with a
solution - I believe within the in box, sort of like it
doesn't refresh the screen correctly within Entourage only
and also it is slugish. I know he is running the student
teacher version of office, I would think he is entitled to
service packs etc. Anyone know if SP1 for Office
addresses this?
Thoughts? Ideas - do I need to reinstall?

Sounds similar to my problem I wrote earlier today (Grey
Lines in Box), although my subject line accidentally
says "box" instead of "Inbox."

I am wondering if the latest Office service pack -
actually helps - have you updated your office install to
the latest service pack?
