Entourage incorrectly deleting inbox

This is an ongoing problem ... it is not clear what is causing it.

Entourage suddenly decides to move all messages from the inbox to
the deleted messages folder. It may be triggered by some keystroke
combinations, but there is no dialog to confirm that this is what the
user wants.

Since this entails a laborious task of checking all deleted messages to
restore the ones incorrectly deleted, this is a big problem.

Are there any known problems in this area? Can anyone suggest what
could be done to prevent it?

I'm not aware of any problems in this area. Nothing has been reported on the
newsgroup to indicate that many other people are enjoying this feature.

In the preferences, you can reset all your confirmation dialogs, which will
then make Entourage ask for confirmation before it deletes any mail.
