Entourage instability

Since 10.3.7 OS X I have had problems with Entourage kicking off the
spinning beach ball and then never coming back. Even with a force quit,
it is reluctant to end, and when it does, it does not boot up properly
again. I need to restart the machine and then it is normal again. Am I
alone in this?

but I use Firefox, not safari. If it is a generic browser problem, it
needs fixing. Any other input?

There is no generic browser problem. The vast majority of users have used
entourage & safari without problems. What the OP reported was an isolated
issue, and could well have something to do with other apps/stuff installed
on their system.

Not at all. I see the same thing. I have noticed that the processors
(Dual 1.8 G5) go nuts! Of course I'm assuming the activity monitor
shows and realistic picture to processor traffic.
