Entourage is not synching with exchange

Hello,

We are having entourage synching issues with exchange. When deleting items
on entourage the items appear to be deleted but when I configure the same
account on Outlook on a Windows pc, all of my deleted items are still on the
server and being downloaded on outlook from the server. Does anyone know the
solution to this?

what versions of Entourage and Exchange Server are you running?

have you tried control-clicking (right-clicking) on the folder affected
and selecting 'synchronise now' from the contextual menu?

Are you connected to exchange using and Exchange account in Entourage or
an IMAP account? If it's IMAP, what have you got in the settings for the
'delete behaviour'?

Hi, we are using Entourage 2008 and exchange 2003. Yeah, we have tried
sychronizing the folders with no luck. And yes, we are connected using
exchange account.

Any other suggestions?

I am trying to sync a school Exchange account but I seem to be having a lot of trouble with Entourage 2004 recognizing my email address. It is a Microsoft Web Access on Exchange Server 2003
