I am working on my wife's computer and I am not that solid when it
comes to Mac.
She is using Entourage for her mail. Last week it just stopped
receiving messages. The little bar at the bottom seems to be stuck.
I checked with our internet provider and all is fine there. Just to be
safe, I cleared out all messages on the server(even though she doesn't
keep messages on the server)
I thought the program might be corrupted so I went out and bought
Microsft Suite(which was not cheap)
I re-installed and I have the same problem.
It is almost as if 1 single e-mail is stuck.
Any suggestions?
