using os 10.3.8 on powerbook g4 with 1 gig memory, office 2004 sp2
New Issues:
- I get the wait icon all day long, when typing a long message the
pause occurs several times. This never happened before the sp upgrade.
Sometimes it will catch up with my typing, other times it just mises
the stuff I have typed while waiting and I have to retype. During the
pauses the cpu is usually hot, but not 100%.
- When I have a calendar event open and have been looking at it for a
while (maybe I made some changes to it), if I try to close it, it says
do you want to save the changes to the meeting, I say no, it asks again
in infinate loop, only way to get rid is to accept the changes (not
knowing what I actually changed)
Old Issue SP2 didnt solve:
- I get the message "Mail can no longer be received, do you want to try
a new password", I get this actually more often since the upgrade, if I
close entourage and re-open then it works again. I get this sometimes 5
times in one day, other days I dont get it at all, dont know what the
cause is.
any ideas, or suggestions are welcome
thanks
