I'm having a problem with Entourage. I'm using it with an
Exchange server, and I get hundreds of junk e-mails daily.
Those wind up in the junk e-mail folder. When I run the
"Empty Junk E-mail" schedule, Entourage appears to be
deleting the junk e-mail, and when it's finished, the junk
folder is empty. However, I logged into the Exchange web
client for the first time in several days and was surprised
to see close to 3,000 messages in the junk folder there,
messages that Entourage supposedly had deleted.
The Empty Deleted Items function works well, as the
messages I deleted also disappeared from the web client.
I have reset synchronization from within Entourage and
verified with the Exchange Admin that everything is set up
correctly.
