Entourage junk mail problems

For reasons that I do not understands, recently Entourage has started
putting email messages from people who I know well, or even from people
from my own institution into the junk mail folder.

Besides, some junk mail which I have marked as junk, Entourage keeps
putting it into the incoming box.

Any hint about what I'm doing wrong?

Finally just in case someone has an answer: Is it possible to disable
the "hide pictures" settings in Entourage (Entourage would not show
pictures in incoming mails by default...)

I have had these same problems, plus I'm continuously telling mail from
the same places, i.e. this forum, that it is not junk and it is still
treated as junk every time. This all started with the 11.2.3 update
that trashed a lot in Office, especially, Entourage.

As far as turning off the pictures option, I have seen this asked
before and NO you can't. Plus I have seen that if you don't click the
option prior to moving mail from junk to the Inbox, you loose the
option and the pictures forever. M$ has a lot of clean up to do on
these last updates.
