Entourage keeps crashing !!!

I am running Entourage X on OS X Jaguar - Powerbook G4.
Ever since this afternoon the Sent Items screen is showing only a
couple of e-mails (the last ones sent) followed by a blank banner in
the upper window. The e-mails are there (if you click on the blank
banner you will see the contents on the lower window). If I go down
the upper window the blank banner gets sometimes bigger but sometimes
it disappear. Problem is that seconds after that the program crashes.
I tried to reinstall it and things got worse. Am I missing some
updates or patches? Please Help !!!

It is possibly an early sign of mild database corruption.

Hold down the option key when starting Entourage and take the first option
('typical rebuild'). If this doesn¹t resolve the problems, then try an
ŒAdvanced Rebuild¹.
