I seem to have lost my address book. Can some tell me where entourage
stores the address book. Additionally, assuming there is a file, how do I
get it back into Entourage.

There is no separate file, it is all contained within the database in
'Office X Identities' in your 'Microsoft User Data' folder.
If everything else is working but youlost contacts try rebuilding the
database (hold down the option key when starting entourage until you see the
rebuild screen, then follow the instructions). If all your mail and calendar
have gone as well, it could be that entourage has lost track of your
identity - try choosing 'Switch Identity...' from the entourage menu and see
if it's listed there.
