Entourage loses email text

I have a problem that started occuring a few weeks ago. Occassionally I
get messages from various Outlook users with missing or no text in the
body of the message. When I go to our corporate Web Mail system I can
see the messge text. What would cause this?

Do you have it set to receive only partial message over a certain size? In
Accounts/Options.

Sometimes the header of messages with many CC's or To's can be so large as
to exceed this setting. Then you don't see any message text. Should give you
a warning link (yellow line, top of message) to "get complete message"
