I have a client that has a mixed environment of XP and Mac OS 10.3.
They host their own email. One Mac client thru Entourage loses info
from different folders. Some contacts are missing and some sent mail
is missing. If I log into her account via a PC and OWA, the
information is there. This doesn't seem to be affecting any other Mac
client. Any ideas? BTW, being that the client is also my girlfriend,
I better get it fixed, or else.
