Entourage Mac 2004: Export Files from Test Drive to Full version

Less than a month ago I trialed the Office for Mac 2004. I decided to
buy the software so meanwhile I transfered my contact data from Outlook
for Windows. Now I have all my email account information, contacts and
calendar in Entourage Test Drive.

How do I export all this data, account info, contacts and calendar, so
that I can uninstall the Test Drive version, reinstall Entourage and
then import the data again?
Any help would me much appreciated. Thanks and Happy Holidays!

First I have to say that I have never used the test drive software, so I am
assuming that it functions like entourage 2004. But I did have office x. and
the folders used are the same.
To back up you messages.
Just go to file export, it should give you an option to create an entourage
archive of everything in entourage. This will ensure that you have a backup
copy of all your mail, contacts, etc. This however does not make a back up
of your account info.

To get the database from entourage test drive into the new version.
1. goto ~\Documets\Microsoft User Data\Office 2004 Identities (this may have
test drive next to it)\Main Indentity
2. Copy the Main Identity Folder (this has all your user account info and
email database in it.)
3. Install new version of office. The Microsoft User Data folder should stay
the same, the only thing that should change is that there should be a new
folder named Office 2004 Identities open it and replace the created Main
Identity with the copy Using the same Name. The path should be same as
above.
4. Open Entourage 2004 and all you email and accounts should be there.
5. Once you have verified everything is working Just drag the test drive
folder from applications to the trash and empty that¹s all you need to do to
uninstall.

If you have trouble finding the ³Main Identity² folder for the test drive
version just do a finder search and it will come right up.

Let me know how it goes.
