Entourage/Mac and backup archives

Recently had to try to back up and move Entourage. Made an archive per the
pgm instructions. Lost all my email lists, groupings, project folders etc. Is
there some Place to find out about coordinated backups, perhaps in a single
folder that has been suggested in other posts.

YOu may want to also post this in the Entourage newsgroup (link below) and include the version of Office:Mac you're using.
