entourage mac - lost all email, can i recover?

hi, i have entourage installed on my e-mac. last night, with out any
action i know, everything was gone. just checked my email, browes the
net a bit, suddenly entourage was set back. the email account was
missing and with it all it's email and address.

it looked like fresh installed. is there any way to retrive the emails
and address again? the information would be still on the computer, but
where?

any help would be much appreciated.

Microsoft Entourage installs the Microsoft User Data folder (MUD) in your
User's Document folder. Inside this folder is your Identity (named Main by
default). All of your mail, contacts, etc are stored here. If you move this
folder, Entourage will not know where your mail is located and will open
with a new default identity that will be blank. To find a missing Identity
