These are very different components, and they do not all sync the same way,
but yes, it is possible.
* e-mail: configure .Mac as IMAP in Entourage and any other e-mail client
you might want to use, and you can access your e-mail messages from any
e-mail application (and the web interface).
* calendar and contacts: you will need Entourage 2004 (>v.11.2.3) and Mac OS
X 10.4.x. If you have these two, make sure they are both up-to-date, then
enable Sync Services in Entourage's preferences. Your calendar and contacts
are now synched with iCal and Address Book. If you have your .Mac account
configured to back up these items with the .Mac server (in System
Preferences), everything's fine.
Note: Entourage creates a calendar named "Entourage" in iCal. If you create
new events in iCal, they have to be assigned to that calendar, otherwise,
they won't sync. The same thing is true the other way round: if you create
an event in Entourage, it will be created in the "Entourage" calendar in
iCal. WARNING: deleting the "Entourage" calendar in iCal results in the
deletion of EVERY SINGLE CALENDAR ENTRY AND TASK in Entourage. You won't get
warned, so whatever you do: if Sync Services are enabled, do *not* delete
the "Entourage" calendar in iCal.
To find out more about Sync Services, have a look at the following page:

Will Entourage (current and / or future versions) be able to sync
email, calendar, and contacts with a .Mac account?
