I have Entourage 10.1.4 and want to send mail to a group of about
thirty addresses.
The group has a name and shows up in the address book under groups. If
I click on the group's name, all the email addresses show up
correctly. However, when I attempt to email to the group, Entourage
goes off into what appears to be an endless loop and a long time later
says it could not send the mail from my account.
Two problems appear here.
First I cannot tell if it has trouble with the group as a whole or
with a particular address within the group. I would like to know how
to make the list appear in the header with individual entries when I
enter the group's name in the address field. That way I would at least
know that it was trying to do the right thing as opposed to just
spinning wheels. I have NOT clicked the "do not show" box, but the
list does not show anyway.
Is there any way to get Entourage to give the user more information
about why it is NOT working when it does not work?
