entourage mail issue

I have a long list of stored emails in a folder in Entourage for Mac
OX x.
I need to send the exact same reply to the addresses contained in ALL
emails in that particular folder.
What is the quickest way to do this?

Also, how can I store the addresses in all those emails in the address
book without having to type them one by one.

Go to Tools -> Rules, and click the "New" button. Create a new rule that
looks like this:
Name: Reply to Contacts
* Execute actions if all criteria are met
IF All Messages
THEN Reply

Click the "Reply Text" button to define what text will be sent to your
contacts. Then, uncheck the "Enabled" checkbox, and click OK. Now, return
to the folder with all of these stored e-mails, and go to Edit -> Select
All. Now, go to Message -> Apply Rule -> Reply to Contacts. Then, go to
Tools -> Run Schedule -> Send All, and you're all done!
Also, how can I store the addresses in all those emails in the address
book without having to type them one by one.

Select one of the e-mails in the folder, go to Edit -> Select All, and then
go to Tools -> Add to Address Book.
