mail merge?

You would do this in Microsoft Word and it will send through Entourage.
Check Word's Help menu for details.

Create a Group (File > New > Group) that includes all the addresses on the
list, then send the mail to that group.

Note, however, that some ISPs will not accept an outgoing mail with more
than a specific number of addressees (often 50). If you want to send to more
people than that, make multiple groups.
