In which OS X folder is entourage mail stored?
Have recently experienced seemingly spontaneous multiplication of
Entourage Mailboxes so that when Entourage is opened, a run of boxes
up to # 45 open, and most are duplicates of pre-existing boxes.
They aren't actually stored as folders on your hard drive, but rather as
part of your Entourage data base. If you've tried removing (deleting)
duplicates, but they still appear, then you might want to first check to see
if you by some chance have any Incoming Mail Rules that are creating folders
(not likely, but always a possibility).
If that's not the case, then you may benefit from doing a Typical rebuild of
your data base--hold down the Option key while Entourage launches, and
select the Typical option. If that doesn't fix it, then try restarting again
with the Option key, but this time select the Advanced option.
