Entourage Meeting invites with no options to choose

Hi,

Any one seen a meeting invite without "accept Tentative Decline" option
to
choose from ?

I can view the same invite from Outlook Web Access and it has all the
option
for calendars..

This happens with one particular sender within my organization.

Any help would be helpful.
