Entourage message-this is a partial message...

I use a pc and our server is a pc but I have one MacIntosh
user with Entourage installed. Can anyone tell me why he
keeps getting this message:
"this is a partial message, get complete message from
server"
If he forwards the message to my pc, I get the complete
message with the attachment but for some reason he
doesn't.
Any help will be appreciated

In the Account he has checked to partially download messages.

Look under Tools->Accounts,
Open the account, click on the Options tab and deselect to partially
download.
