Entourage New Mail Notify?

Hello,

Does anyone know how I can set Entourage to automatically notify me o
e-mail? I looked in the preferences, and it seems there are buttons fo
sounds and symbols to rotate and beep when New Mail comes in--afte
checking. This kinda defeats the purpose.

Is there any way for Entourage to come in front of the other apps, o
have some pop-up window, so that I don't have to keep checking to se
if something came in?

Please let me know, because I get alot of time-sensitive mail. It sit
and waits, and I don't even know it's there.

Hi Steve,
simply set up a schedule to check your inbox at a time interval which you
specify. You'll hear the "new mail" sound when a new message arrives, and
you'll see a brown envelope on top of the Entourage dock icon. Additionally,
if you have Entourage 2004, you can even have Entourage display a small
notification message with the name of the sender, the subject line and the
first few words of the e-mail body (Entourage>Preferences>Notification).

That's exactly what I was looking for--and I also get the pop-up windo
(2004). Wow, I wish I knew about this sooner.
