Entourage not initiating. BIG PROBLEM

Today I tried to invite someone to a conference call, and when I did
Entourage stoped responding. It seems like it is unable to send the
invitation and this is making the program not to respond.

I reinstalled 5 times the program, removed all Office instalations,
installed SP2 and the 11.2.1 update, and the programa is giving me the
same and same error and does not start.

I am using a POP account. Is there a way to avoid or to delete the
emails that the program has in queue, I think this would solved the
problem.

If you have a better Idea...
