Hi. Has anyone noticed a problem with Entourage not responding after a
period of time when receiving email?
I'll go away from my computer, come back, and the "receiving messages
window" will be active, but all of the type will be missing from it, and I
can't select cancel or anything. The only avenue I've found is to force quit
Entourage. However, when I try to restart it, it gives me a mail error, so I
have to log out and log back in to fix everything.
This seems to last awhile; it's hard to tell exactly how long because the
problem is intermittent. I've rebuilt the database several times, both the
"long and short: ways, and this seems to help, though it's not a permanent
fix.
Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
