Entourage not retrieving "ALL" mail.

I've installed Entourage 2004, SP2 and all security certs. My users are
not receiving all their email. They login in with Outlook 2001 or
Outlook 2003 on PC and there are emails that don't show up in
Entourage. I turned off Junk e-mail filters too.

The other issue is that Entourage is receiving emails very slowly.
Email shows up on Outlook 2001 and Pc version a lot faster.

Any ideas?

I have exactly the same two problems. I Entourage seems to miss particular
emails, I have noticed also that if someone else has replied to such an
email I also miss the reply even though they are in the same email domain.

To overcome this I fwd my exchange mail to a POP server and watch for the
missing. This shows up how slow entourage is as I can expect to see new
emails in the POP box well before Entourage has collected them.
