Entourage not sending to specific email addresses

I have a client using Entourage on his Mac. He is able to receive
messages from my domain, however, he is unable to send or reply to
message from my domain.

"The server did not recognize the recipients or the server refuses to
allow you to send mail."

Our email addresses use a [email protected] format. He is
able to send messages to other domains using this same host.

Any clues to this issue?

If he is unable to reply to your own mails, yet can send to other people
then it is probably due to your ISP/mail server blocking his ISP because
they are on a blacklist for some reason.

Can you post the full details of the error message he receives?

The full message is a dialoge box that looks like this:
"A message in your Outbox could not be sent using account "Gary pro."
The server did not recognize the recipients or the server refuses to
allow you to send mail."

The message returns instantly so I don't think it is a response from my
hosting company. I have another domain with that same hosting company
and he is able to respond to it.

I am wondering if Entourage is having difficulty with any of the
characters in our addresses. The address is similar to
[email protected]. Both a period and a hyphen are
included in the name. Does that have anything to do with this problem?
