Entourage not sending

Email Client: pop

I am staying in apartments in Sydney using the ubiquoss server. For 11 weeks all was fine about 10 days ago Entourage would not send emails intermittently. I checked with IInet, my server at home, and the apartment server but I cannot even send on wireless.It is no longer intermittent although it worked perfectly at the Apple store yesterday. I receive emails but it lists a variety of errors if I try to send emails. Help

Well it means that the internet service provider you are using is
blocking you from using your regular SMTP server (and that's not the
case through the AppleStore).
The workaround usually is to use the SMTP server from the ISP you are
connecting from.
This type of measure has been implemented to fight spam.
