Hello,
One very frustrated Entourage 2004 user here. Recap:
Entourage 2004 won't show new incoming e-mail when connected to
Exchange 2003.
Tried:
Export/Delete/Recreate/Import inbox on Exchange server (With Exmerge)
Delete/Recreate inbox on Exchange server
Delete ALL preferences/local databases in Entourage and import
Delete ALL preferences/local databases in Entourage
Result:
After the last action it worked twice. I got new e-mail twice, then it
stopped working again. I can see e-mail sitting in my inbox (for hours)
via OWA, Entourage won't pick it up. Quit and relaunch is the only
thing that works. (See kb article: 884320 "You cannot force Entourage
2004 for Mac to synchronize with your Exchange server" )
Entourage 2004 SR-1/ Mac OS X 10.3.7 English
Does anyone recognize this problem and can give me some clues. I've
been battling with this for over 3 weeks now and it's unbelievable
frustrating to miss e-mail.
