Entourage not syncing emails over IMAP

I just sent 2 emails using Apple Mail and they are not showing up in my
entourage sent mail folder, when they have shown up in my Gmail folder. Does
anyone have any suggestions on how to fox this issue?

There's nothing to fix. IMAP sent items are supposed to be in the Sent Items
folder associated with the server. That's how IMAP works.

Which Sent Items folder are you checking in Entourage? Your IMAP account
will have its own Sent Items folder and will not use the one under "On
My Computer".

But both Apple Mail and Entourage can access this server. Why would one be
able to sync it and the other would not?

I don't use Apple Mail for any IMAP accounts, so I can't speak about it.

Entourage is designed so that IMAP accounts store sent items only on the
server. If you'd like to see it behave differently, use Send Feedback to
Microsoft from the Help menu.
