Does anyone know how to NOT view the extra headings Entourage gives
you for when the message came in, i.e. "Today, Yesterday, etc". Each
extra heading takes the place of real estate on screen as you see..

I just found that one. It is under View > Arrange by > Show in groups.
Just uncheck it. It was annoying me too.

Uncheck "Show in Groups" after clicking on the "Arrange by" header at the
top of the message list
