Entourage (Office 2004) won't send

Entourage in Office v.X worked with no problems. After
installing Office 2004 it still receives email, but won't
send. It eventually times out after giving
response "connecting securely to
imailhost.worldnet.att.net".

The "Mail" client included in OS X is configured exactly
the same and it works perfectly.

Checked AT&T's website and no configuration changes.
I've tried reinstalling it. Still timing out after being
unsuccessful at sending.
