Entourage on two Macs; one syncs, the other doesn't

I've got a Mac at work that connects to our Exchange server through our
ethernet and it works fine. I'm able to send/receive, do schedule
look-ups for meetings, etc.

At home, I have another Mac, also using Entourage and connecting to the
Exchange server via Wi-Fi. Everything on that end also seems to work
fine *except* that when I send mail from my home Entourage using my
work E-mail account, the items don't show up in my Sent items folder
when I'm at work.

When I send items from my work E-mail, and then check my Sent items
from my home Entourage, all my sent items show up.

Any ideas what the problem might be? From what I can tell, settings for
each Entourage are exactly the same, save for the DNS servers (at work
I have a static DNS; at home, using dsl, I don't).

Thanks,

Where are the send items at home?? Local folder or Exchange folder??

On my home Entourage, items sent via my work E-mail account show up
under the Exchange Server Sent items folder, but don't seem to sync up
because they don't show in my Sent items folder when I'm actually at
work. (I know that sounds confusing...hope it makes sense)

Conversely, if I'm at work, and send items, and then come home and
check my work E-mail account, the sent items appear as they should in
the Sent items folder for Exchange.

Weird... There must be something corrupted in one of these messages. DO
you see these e-mails onthe sent items box on the Webmail server??
