Entourage out of office

How do I set up an out of office message in Entourage - I have moved
from Outlook on a Mac to Entourage and cant find any sign of the out
of office assistant.
Would appreciate it if anyone knows how to do this if they could let
me know

There isn't one. You need to the web interface to Exchange to set it via
your web browser.
