I know this topic has come up in the past, but I want to refresh it, as
it still remains rather nebulous.
When I send an HTML email in Entourage, some people recieve it with
very small fonts, running Outlook 2003. I use Verdana 12pt as a
default HTML font. Often times, this occurs not when I send the email,
but when someone replys or forwards the email.
I understand it is based on the email clients identifying the font size
in pixels in the html. I really find it hard to believe that a system
dependent value like this would be used, but that appears to be the
case.
The only real suggestion that I have seen is to use plain text email.
This may work for a short term solution, but I've seen reference to
this issue going back for well over a year. This is basic
functionality for the email client.
Has anyone else who has seen this issue gotten any feedback from MSFT
about getting some form of actual resolution? I like to use MSFT
products for most applications, but come on....it's compatibility
between two of the same companies applications....
