My addresss book on my Palm Tungsten T does not sort alphabetically
by company name. It does so with the Palm software. I have spent
months arguing with Palm over this issue. Palm replaced the unit
(twice) but this is NOT a hardware issue. I have several hundred
contacts in the address book with catagories set up by state and that
works ok but the alphabetical sort for each state (or the group at large)
does not sort correctly when using Entourage. Have dumped the Palm
software repeatedly and am running Office X 10.1.5 and OS 10.2.
