Entourage/Palm Hot Sync

Hello. I could really use help.

I updated my Entourage to 10.1.1
I disabled the palm conduit

What else do I need to do to Sync?

I keep on getting the message:
The connection between your handheld computer and the desktop could
not be established. Please check your setup and try again.

Help!

Here is what I would do:
- make sure youhave the latest version of Palm Desktop
- Update Office up to 10.1.5 (even though you might not need the
Exchange functions brought in 10.1.4, there are, I believe, a few
addition bug fixes in other areas as well).
- install the newest version of the Entourage conduit that you'll find
on the MS website (required for 10.1.4/5)

the conduit installer inactivates the Palm conduit by itself. Don't do
this manually since you might deactivate the wrong conduit by mistake.
