Entourage/Palm/Outlook

I have a Mac iBook at home and a PC at work. I had been
Hotsyncing my Palm Vx to the Palm desktop on my iBook and
to Outlook (using Chapura) at work.
I switched to the Entourage conduit on the Mac and now
the Palm will not Hotsync with Outlook. Any suggestions
as to how to make both conduits work would be appreciated.

(Also, three members of my family Hotsync their Palms
with the Mac. The Palm desktop recognised them
automatically but using Entourage each person has to
manually change the conduit setting in Hotsync. Is there
any way around this?)

I'm not a Palm expert, but the operation of the conduits on different
machines should be completely unrelated. Neither Outlook nor Entourage
should have any way of knowing about the existence of the other.

My assumption is that your Outlook or Chapura software must be misconfigured
or you may have created two user names for your Palm instead of using just
the one. Chapura and Entourage must be configured to talk to the same user
name on the Palm.
