We are having a strange issue with password recognizing in Entourage. This
is happening with both accounts we have setup on our exchange server 2003
and both machines are running OS 10.2.6 and Entourage/Office update version
10.1.5.
The server/network password has been changed and we can login with Webmail,
via the network, etc. but Entourage will not recognize the new password
setting and is giving me a bad password or ID message. I have already
multiple times changed the password in the account settings. I have deleted
and recreated the exchange profile in Entourage and gone into the OSX
keychain file and deleted all references to exchange.
I have also done a typical and advanced rebuild of entourage and a reset
synchronization in the account itself. Is their a file I can delete or
something else anyone can suggest to help or try.
