Entourage password Problem after SP2

Hello All,
I keep getting a message from Entourage that my password or username is
wrong from the exchange server.
The same Domain / Exchange Svr / configuration works ok on Apple MAIL
but I need to access the exchange calender.

If when I get asked for the password I say NO it does download the mail
but does not go online strange.
I have tried deleteing the key chain keys deleteing the account setting
but no luck.

I would appreciate any help this is driving me nuts.
Entourage version 11.2.0 (050811)
MacOSX 11.42
