Entourage Pauses when Syncing with Exchange

Anyone else experience this?

I am running a 1.5GHZ 12" Powerbook with 1.25 GB of RAM. When running
Entourage I get a spinning wheel and pause everytime Entourage tries to
check the Exchange server. I tried turning off Synchronization and I still
get pauses and the sync message.

Any ideas folks?

Yep, you probably have eiter a very large account, a lot of contacts and
calendar entries etc that require a lot of network traffic, or you setup
projects that include an important number of contacts and mails.
Is that the case ??
