Entourage - personal folders

Hi all,

I am new to Mac version of Outlook, Entourage. I could not find a way to add
another personal folder to entourage. In Outlook there are pst files and on
a single profile we can use more than one. Is it possible and if yes, how
can we do this in Entourage?

Ozan,

I'm not certain what you mean. Do you mean an "identity" -- i.e., a second
person to use Entourage? If so, here is the advice from the Entourage 2004
help system:
1. On the Entourage menu, click Switch Identity.
2. If a confirmation message appears, click Switch.
3. To create an identity, click New. In the Identity name box, type a name
for the new identity. After you create an identity, the Entourage Setup
Assistant appears and helps you set up your account.

If you really mean a "folder", just select the "Folders on My Computer" and
select Subfolder from the File New drop-down menu.

If you are using an earlier version of Entourage, the process is similar,
but the exact labels of the commands may be different.

Thanks for your response. I mean, there are PST files (Personal Folders - Database files) in Outlook. You can add more than one pst file to a profile (in entourage this equals to identitiy. ) What corresponds to PST files in entourage? Is there any way to add more than one database files to an identity, not new folder?

I'm not sure what you want to do with that. There is nothing really like
PSTs in Entourage but you can sure create different folders and
subfolders in the "On MY Computer" part of the mailboxes to "simulate"
that.
