Entourage personal settings/data file

What files should I be backing up to preserve my Entourage settings and
personal data? I suspect all or some of the Microsoft User Data files,
but that can consume a lot of file space, especially if backing up to
iDisk.

Copying your identity folder (~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office
<version> Identities/<Your Identity>) should back up all of your Entourage
data.

You're right that the Database can grow large. Some users choose to export
selected items by using the File > Export functionality in Entourage 2004.
Also, for exporting selected items, check out Paul Berkowitz's
"Export-Import Entourage" script package.
