Entourage print dialog box not showing on some emails

I have a peculiar problem where certain emails that when I try to print
out on one machine go directly to the Apple system print dialog box,
not the Office print dialog box.
The same email printed on another computer brings up the apple dialog
box and prints out fine, giving me options for headers etc. that I want
to see on the printed email.
Does anyone know how to fix? I haven't seen the solution yet posted,
so I apologize in advance if already discussed.

This is with Entourage version 11.2.5 on a MacMini running 10.4.7
