entourage problem

can anybody think of a reason why I cannot receive email from only one
email account since updating to OS X 10.3? I can send email with that
account, I can recieve email from my other accounts using Entourage, I
can receive email from this particular account using a different
program such as mac mail. I receive an error message everytime
reading "could not retrieve mail from the account - the POP server
returned an unexpected reply to a command Entourage issued". i have
tried recreating the account - nothing. Any ideas would be greatly
appreciated.

I'm having the same problem using Entourage 10.1.4 and OSX10.3.1.

All of a sudden one account won't retrieve mail from one account (but
can send). Now my second account has the same problem.

I can log on on the ISP's website so I know it's not an account problem -
plus I've talked to them.

This is my full error:

Could not retrieve mail from the account: xxxxx@xxxx. A connection
failure has occurred. Error: -23012

I've searched for the error code but with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.
