Entourage Problem

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)

When a message is clicked on to open it, it and all other messages for that day disappear, leaving only the day name. Then, sometimes, all the messages begin opening and cascading across the screen. Have Entourage version 11.4.0. This just started occuring out of the blue!

This sounds like all messages are selected when you double click to open.
What view are you using? Preview Pane below, on right, or none?
Have Entourage version 11.4.0.

I would create a new Identity. Drag a few test messages to the desktop to
import for testing. If the problem goes away in the new Identity, then it's
database corruption.

If you do need to repair your database, MAKE A BACKUP IN THE FINDER FIRST.
