Have you recently moved from one computer to another? Possibly the
permissions on some of the files in your home folder are not set to
allow you to write changes to your files.

1. Quit Entourage and then open the Terminal application found in
/Applications/Utilities.

2. If you're currently logged in as a Standard user and not an admin
then type:

su yourAdminAccountName

Hit the return key and enter the password for yourAdminAccountName.

3. Now type the following where "yourAccount" is replaced by the short
name for your Mac OS X user account:

sudo chown -R yourAccount /Users/yourAccount

Hit the return key and enter the password for yourAdminAccountName.

This will make you the owner of all files in your home folder where you
should be able to save any changes. Launch Entourage and it will
probably do the rebuild again. After that it should not.

Hope this helps!
