I am trying to use project workshop. I have created a project but I do not want that project to appear in my main calendar. How can I display and print just the items I have in my project workshop. Conversely, how can I display and print my main calendar without the project visible. In other words, Can I hide the project from my calendar?

Thanks

The project calendars are not separate from your calendar. They are not
a second calendar.

Instead, the Project Center shows you in one place all messages,
contacts, events, tasks, etc., that you have marked as being part of
that project.

If you're not in the Project Center then you can create Custom Views to
filter only for items in a specific project, however, for your calendar
the events will only appear in list form and not calendar form. This is
a limitation of Entourage.

Hope this helps!
