I have two complaints as of right now for Entourage 2004, even after
SP2. Maybe someone can offer some insight.
1) Before SP2, the Redirect option is available to use to send
messages to someone else as if they were from the original sender.
However, it does not seem to work if you are using an Exchange account
because it sends the redirected message to the outbox of the local
machine--and errors out saying that it cannot send it. After SP2, the
Redirect option is greyed out and non-choosable. Either way, this is a
function that many of our users would love to use, but it doesn't
appear to work. Any ideas?
2) The second big annoyance for exchange users that were using Outlook
2001 is they created user Distribution Lists in their contacts and
Entourage doesn't even acknowledge their existence when you look at
contacts. If you go to 2001 or a PC, the distribution lists are there.
The problem comes that not only can you not seem them with an
Entourage exchange account, you have no way to import them from 2001 or
the PC. This is a big oversight in my opinion. Any thoughts or anyone
else run into this?
Any help would be appreciated....
