How can click and delete incoming messages without having them become
"avtice) so as to to actualy read the message?

Also, how can I set my signature to automatically sign every email I
send? Currently I have to manualy select the signature.
I'm on Mac OS X 10.3 - Office 2003

You can create a rule or MLM rule to show as read.

Add Action:
Change Status Read

In Accounts, click on the Options tab. Select the signature from the popup.
